My responsibilities as State Secretary and Divisional Branch Secretary include:
- General administration of all matters concerning the membership of the Union
- General administration of the Union including management of finances and assets
- General coordination of industrial campaigns including legal, media and political
- General coordination of the Queensland Branch activities Nationally
- General coordination of the Union's political affiliations and activities
- General coordination of safety, training and licensing
- Industrial responsibilities involving the Coal, Electrical Contracting, Major Construction, Manufacturing and Generation sectors of the Union
