QR NATIONAL TAKEN TO FEDERAL COURT, FINES POSSIBLE OVER EBA BREACHES…AGAIN
Today the Electrical Trades Union and Australian Manufacturing Workers Union lodged proceedings against QR National in the Federal Court of Australia.
The action is being taken because QRN have failed to comply with conditions contained in Enterprise Bargaining Agreements negotiated with the Unions in 2010.
