2025 DELEGATE TRAINING - FOUNDATION TRAINING - GLADSTONE
Delegates Foundation Training is a one-day Course and it is a compulsory Course for newly elected Delegates, and all Delegates who have not previously completed Foundation Training to attend.  Topics include;  Rights & Responsibilities of Delegate, Understanding grievances, Problem Solving, Understanding & interpreting sources of worker's rights,  Developing communication skills & techniques, Understanding Agreements, Awards & relevant legislation, Organising your workplace and providing advice to members
