If you are a National System Employee within 14 days of your employer agreeing to initiate bargaining, you must be provided with a Notice of Employee Representational Rights.
If your employer does not send out a Notice of Employee Representative Rights, or if it is in an incorrect format, the Fair Work Commission will not approve your agreement.
